A Different Shoe Dangling Questiomm. I know HNOW ,WHEN,WhERE and WHY you do it.?

What Iwant to know is Why dnn't you dangle your shoes off your feet MORE OFTEN??.? I live near the Jersey Shore(Toms River to be exact)Everytime I go to Ocean County Mall looking for Shoe Dangling Activity I NEVER SEE ANY. How can I Thank You for dangling your shoes and show my appreciation for your heart-throbbing display if you DON'T DANGLE??? Thank You..
