What else can I get my friend's baby?

I am returning an onesy that is to big so what should I buy in return. It cost 7$. I already got a pacifier, bibs, wipes, germ x, 2 sleep n play onesys. Should I get her just another outfit or what is something she might really need that I havent got? I want to get something that she will actually use since a 1 day old baby doesnt play with toys.
