Need Ideas for a Second Baby Shower?

I am throwing a baby shower for my friend's second pregnancy soon. I need some ideas of things to do at the party. She does not want to do games. We were thinking that since the party is to be shorter than the original one that we could do some sort of open ended project that the guests could work on throughout the party and mingling. At the end of the party she could take the completed project with her as a keepsake, or I would take it and put it all together then give it to her. I have thought of everyone making a quilt square, scrapbook page or decorating a onesie. But we are not crazy about any of these. Really need some more creative ideas!!! Thanks
