Has anyone bought & how do you like the AT&T Tilt PDA?

My brother owns one, its an awesome phone. He's really into Windows Mobile, so he's always upgrading the software. I've used it a couple of times, its definitely worth the money. The AT&T website sells them refurbished for $199 I think, which is really cheap for what you get.
