Have KoRn sold out with "III: Remember who you are" ?

Everyone is always quick to yell "SELLOUT!!!!" when ever a band changes style, like Linkin Park, but I think that KoRn are much bigger sellouts for playing it safe, they want to keep raking in the money so they're doing everything they can not to alienate their fans, i.e. playing a particular type of music because the money is good.
