How do you find work as a game tester?

I understand what being a game tester is unlike many people out there that think u just get to play the game, iv spent most of my life though this may sound vary geeky looking for glitches in games such as skate, gears of war, crackdown, basically any game i can get i find glitches in. Now im trying to make a career out of this so im wondering if anybody who has done this can let me no how u found ur jobs.
