2 Month Old Baby Boy.. Sounds Really Congested.. What to do?!?

I have a 2 month baby boy n he's really congested. The nurse told me in the hospital he's gonna sound like this for a couple months.. Should i be worried? The doctor said he sounds fine but I hate the way he breaths. I got a humidifer a couple days ago. I keep running that but when i run it i have to run heat to or it get's way too cold. Is this a good idea?
