Do many Americans have foreign fever?

I have to say that I am not attracted to American men at all, even though I have lived here all my life. I am attracted to guys with accents, mainly the mediterranean looking ones (Turkish, Lebanese, Italian, Spanish, Latinos, etc.) Are there any Americans out there who are like this and what's your preference? One of my friends is russian-american, and she is very pale and blonde, but she loves dark-skinned african guys. I guess this is foreign fever also?
