Fancy dumbo rat seems to have had a stoke. is this possible?

i have a fancy dumbo rat. she is a couple of years old. on saturday i cleaned out her cage & she was fine. i put her in her big ball to run around. last night i went to feed her & her eye looks big & she is walking but falling over. acts like she has had a stroke. i lowered her food and water & she ate & drank. looks like she has a small growth on one of her feet. i have cats but i dont think they got her thru the cage. what could be the problem?
