Prom/banquet help ?

okay so im going to tis really fancy banquet but the catch is that its osted by christians. strict dress code kind of chritians. i picked out this beautiful prom dress that would be perfect except that its low cut with no sleeves. i cant find a prom dress jacket to wear over top. where can i get one?
