If you don't want to wear a tampon while sleeping, wear a pad and buy those "depends". It's the most comfortable method, and you won't have to worry about leaking since it'll leak onto those. Wear those when you're about to hit the hay, and you'll be good to go! Plus, you can always dispose of them once your cycle is over. (:
