Truck drivers and experience needed?

Got the job in late 1998, started off local, went long haul, about 15 years ago, local till two weeks ago. Of on disability now, not accidental neither. I think in those 15 years, if i did 3 10 hour shifts I would call myself lucky. Average shift, before HOS changed 16 hours a day, since HOS change 14 to 15 hours a day. Lack of sleep has fried my brain, now 5 million miles and afraid to drive. After latest pay cut, making $17 CDN / hr
