Where should I apply for undergrad (my stats are below)?

Unless your high school is extremely rigorous, your GPA, combined with those test scores, will raise red flags at some places - someone capable of getting those test scores should breeze through high school with all As without even making much of an effort. You should still get admitted to most public universities, and the second tier of private schools.If your grades are higher in your later years, you might do better than that - if you can show that you had low grades early on due to immaturity problems you have overcome.
