Why in some part of the World people look very attractive and in some parts of the world very unattractive?

in some African state people are beautiful and Mediterranean people and arab and in some parts of Europe America and Australia are beautiful as well, but most of Indian Bangladesh and aboriginal are very unattractive, why is that. I Guess that they didn't have proper ual Selection
