Why is Justin Bieber coming out with a movie?

I don't hate him or like him. Fans and haters can die for all I care. I just want to know why is a movie about JB coming out? He did not offer this world anything. True people that did make a difference is Metellica, MJ, Edgar Allan Poe, Leonardo Da Vinci, and true artists. I am NOT just talking about music. I am not really into MJ or pop in general. I am just asking why is somebody who didn't change this world in anyway will have a movie about his life? He is not important. He is just any other human being making a living. His songs sound just like what every other pop artist comes out with today.(Most of the time)
