Most dictatorship government? China? N. korea? etc?

Freedom House ranks countries by their level of freedom. In this year's report, 8 countries received the lowest rating: Burma, Equatorial Guinea, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Deciding which is the "worst" probably doesn't make much difference.
